Please contact our team at customer@faithera.com if your order has been returned to sender. You will need to pay for the shipping cost for any reships, and we reserves the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt.

We offer exchanges for unused and non-monogrammed domestic orders.

To initiate an exchange, please email our team at customer@faithera.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange, as well as the item you would like to receive in its place. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for you to send your item back to us.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an invoice covering the cost of shipping for your exchange item, as well as any applicable price differences. After payment is received, your exchange item will be shipped.

Please note that exchange items are not reserved while your return is in transit. While we’ll do our best to fulfill your requested exchange, we cannot guarantee availability at the time your item is received. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment instead.
